At Think Positive OFW, we are committed to providing high-quality educational content to help our community thrive. Because our products are digital goods delivered via Internet download, we generally offer a different policy than physical retail stores.
1. Digital Product Policy
Since our online courses are digital products and are deemed “used” after download or opening, we generally operate a No Refund policy. Unlike physical goods, digital assets cannot be physically returned to us.
2. Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee under the following specific conditions:
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide the receipt or order number.
- Course Progress: To prevent “content skimming,” refunds are only eligible if you have consumed less than 20% of the course content.
- Technical Issues: If you are unable to access the content due to a technical error on our end that we cannot resolve within 72 hours, a full refund will be issued.
3. How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request within 3–5 business days.
4. Processing Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We reserve the right to deny a refund request if we detect abuse of our systems, such as:
Requesting repetitive refunds for multiple products.
Downloading all course materials before requesting a refund.
Sharing account login details with third parties.
